Reid Park is the premier City park in central Tucson, where more than 200 bird species have been sighted. Reid Park has ponds which attract winter waterfowl including Ruddy Ducks, Ring-necked Ducks, American Wigeons, and Redheads and Canvasbacks. The park is one of the best places to look for over-wintering raptors such as Merlins and Sharp-shinned Hawks. Access the park from Country Club Road, 22nd Street, or Camino Campestre.
